Starting from the screen shown below, select I want to use a different authentication method.
If you do not see the screen and this is your first time adding a device start here
If you are attempting to add additional devices click here
In the Alternative Authentication popup window, select 'Receive passcodes via SMS'. When the next screen comes up, select your appropriate country code via the dropdown list and enter your phone number. Then click Next.
You will now receive a one-time use passcode (OTP) on your mobile device via SMS text message.
Now, enter the PingID authentication passcode from the SMS text message into the Authentication field screen on your computer. Next, click Verify.
Once successfully verified, you'll see the green authentication checkmark icon on your computer screen, and you'll be automatically signed into your KochID account.
Next time you try to log in to the KochID service portal, or application, an OTP (one time passcode) will be sent via SMS to your mobile device. You will then be prompted to enter this code in your browser. Enter the OTP in the Authentication window in your browser and click Sign On to complete the authentication.
